The Arco Norte Tourism Framework and Master plan project was done while consulting for HolmJodaan Architects and Urban Designers in 2014. Anja’s role included the development of the master plan and development guidelines along with the rest of the consultant team.

The project is located in Pemba, Northern Mozambique.
