King's Estate Industrial & Residential Guidelines

This project was completed in 2011 while employed at HolmJordaan Architects & Urban Designers. The project included the compilation of Urban Design Guidelines for an Industrial and Residential development in KwaZulu Natal.

​The process involved careful consideration of a balance between permissible and desirable land use rights and design guidelines to ensure an integrated and considered estate.

​Anja formed part of the team who developed the guidelines and graphics for the project.
